Well, at Bay City Events we would honor the opportunity to help you the best we can in making a wise choice for your wedding needs. The first step is a simple one. After reviewing our information within this site, you may wish to look further into our service and if you do, you and your fiancé will be invited to our office to meet with (Manny Ramirez) and his wife (Pia Ramirez). While at this consultation we will give you the opportunity to ask questions and help you along with your concerns. We have a large selection of Caterers, Photographer's, Videographers, Venues, Wedding Decor, Cakes, DJ's and many other professionals for your special day. We will go over all timelines, vendor load in, and venue requirements and all the final touches pertaining to your dream Wedding and show you some photos of our past work. This will be a perfect time to go over all your questions and concerns about our services and fees for Wedding planning. You will be sent off with detailed information about our wedding services along with a detailed wedding time of events.
Pre-Planning Meeting:
Planning the Ceremony and Reception Layout: We will first select a venue for your special day and make all the necessary arrangements for a visual walk through and food tasting. We will then plan a layout of the room to utilize and maximize the space for all your guests. At this point we will select flower arrangements, table cloth colors, china settings, seating arrangements, invitations, menus, and wine selection if applicable. We will select a Ceremony location and make all necessary arrangements for a visual walk through along with guest setting and sound system requirements.
Rehearsal Dinner:
We make all arrangements for the dinner rehearsal including rehearsing all the steps for the Wedding Day Ceremony. At this point we will assure that everyone in the bridal party are on the same page and ready to go the next day. We will finalize with all your vendors and Wedding venue.
Wedding Day Ceremony:
Our staff will arrive long before your Wedding starts to begin all the setup and layout plans. As you and your bridal party are getting ready to walk down the aisle, we are making final preps with music, sound, guest seating, and awaiting your arrival.
Wedding Reception:
While the Wedding Ceremony has begun, we are preparing your reception room for all your guests to arrive for this grand celebration! All arrangements will have been prepared and ready to go.
Wedding Gifts & Other Items:
At the end of your reception your coordinator will deliver your Wedding Gifts to a destination of your choice along with any other items that you may have.
Final Farewell:
We will arrange for a limousine or other transportation to pick you and your new spouse up and send you on your way in style!
